Job Details

Position Description:

Following well defined procedures, performs the following tasks:
  • Receives electronic media, thumb drives, CDs, etc., and logs them into the ATR System
  • Downloads, virus scans, and makes an electronic copy.
  • Reviews records for accuracy and completeness and informs case managers of issues to be pursued with staff regarding instructions provided.
  • Has hands on experience with Microsoft office suite, including, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Has familiarity with the imaging systems, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications.
  • Coordinates with the other team members to ensure prioritized productions are available for loading.

Required:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT (Public Trust level) facility credentials/authorization. Note: ship is required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
  • One year of experience on major litigation support projects or undergraduate degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Work in a team or independently following defined procedures.

Preferred: Certifications in computer related college courses.
  • Basic knowledge of imaging software helpful.
  • Basic knowledge of Relativity helpful.
  • Basic knowledge working with computers and copying electronic data.
  • Basic knowledge staging, loading, and processing electronic data.
