Job Details
Customer Service Representative is the primary contact for Client Mortgage Services loan customer inquiries. The CSR will respond to all oral and written communication.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist borrowers, attorneys, settlement agents, Client collection staff and other Client staff with billing statement and payment posting inquiries, payoff requests, and general loan inquiries/information.
- Prepare payoff statements for borrowers, settlement agents and the Client closing department timely.
- Review in detail the complexity of initial and annual escrow analysis statements with borrowers.
- Prepare amortization schedules.
- Respond to basic tax and insurance questions.
- Review and resolve all customer service complaints.
- Receive and process borrower telephone payments (speed pay).
- Provide excellent customer service to mortgage borrowers.
Other Responsibilities:
- Comply with all regulations pertaining to BSA, USA PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC. Complete annual BSA training. Report suspicions of criminal activity, or any attempt to avoid BSA reporting requirements on the part of customers or employees, to the AML/BSA Compliance Department.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of prior Customer Service or Call centre experience.
