  • Perform data analysis on claims, member, and provider datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities.

  • Participate in system testing, including writing test cases, performing UAT, and validating results against business expectations.

  • Assist with process mapping, gap analysis, and reporting on claim-related performance metrics.

Qualifications:
