Job Details
- Configure and support multiple WMS platforms including Manhattan SCALE and Infor.
- Troubleshoot issues with APIs, user workflows, printed outputs, and data integrations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, IT, and training teams to design scalable solutions.
- Document functional flows, requirements, user guides, and system specs.
- Participate in new implementations, testing, and user certification.
What You Need:
- 3+ years of experience in WMS support or implementation.
- Hands-on experience in a 3PL or warehouse logistics environment.
- Solid skills in SQL, REST APIs, and documentation.
- Experience with WMS systems like Manhattan, Infor, or proprietary platforms.
- Strong communication and problem-solving mindset.
