Job Details

Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management (OM) Functional Consultant Location: Remote job with 6 months plus possible extension.

Client travel required on milestone basis and expenses fully covered by client
We are seeking an experienced Fusion Cloud Order Management (OM) Functional Consultant to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Order Management processes, configurations, and best practices. This role will be responsible for driving functional design, implementing solutions, and supporting post-implementation activities to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management modules.
Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into system solutions, and prepare functional design documents.
Configure Order Management setups including pricing, orchestration processes, shipping, ATP, DOO, and integration with other modules (Inventory, Procurement, AR, etc.).
Collaborate with technical teams for extensions, reports, and integrations.
Conduct workshops, UAT, and training sessions for business stakeholders.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security, and SOX/audit requirements.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Order Management and related upstream/downstream processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5 8 years of Oracle ERP experience, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud OM.
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management, Pricing, and Orchestration.
Hands-on experience with integration points (Inventory, Procurement, AR, Shipping, SCM).
Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
Experience in end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
Ability to write functional specifications for technical enhancements (reports, conversions, integrations).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Cloud Certification in Order Management or Supply Chain modules.
Experience in multi-country, multi-currency, and tax (e.g., Vertex/Global Tax) scenarios.
Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI/ADFDI tools.
Exposure to Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
