Akkodis is seeking an IT Operations Support Associate for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI. This role serves as the primary IT liaison, driving employee technology experience and managing local IT projects and budgets.
Rate Range: $40/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour

IT Operations Support Associate job responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary IT liaison, managing local IT projects, budgets, and alignment with global IT strategies.
- Oversee site IT operations, including infrastructure, hardware, software, and network resources.
- Implement global IT initiatives locally, ensuring successful deployment and integration.
- Foster strong relationships with business customers and skill teams to influence the IT roadmap and enhance employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Lead problem resolution and mentor support teams to maintain high-quality IT services.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master's preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or related areas.
- Proven background in project management and successful implementation of IT initiatives.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, networking, servers, cloud services, and end-user computing.
