Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Production Planning/Process Industries (PP/PI), and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate will have prior business experience working with or for Amazon, bringing valuable insights and best practices to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP WM, PTP, PP/PI, and QM module implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver process improvements.
- Leverage previous experience with Amazon to optimize supply chain, procurement, production, and quality processes.
- Configure SAP modules to meet business needs, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance during project phases including blueprinting, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, delivering high-quality support to end-users.
- Document functional specifications, process flows, and configuration details.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with company and industry standards throughout project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in SAP WM, PTP, PP/PI, and QM modules.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP implementations, upgrades, and support.
- Prior business experience with Amazon (either as a vendor, partner, or employee) highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to commit to 25-50% onsite presence.
- Available for immediate start, with commitment through May 2026.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in large-scale SAP transformation projects.
- Knowledge of best practices in supply chain, procurement, production, and quality management within Amazon s ecosystem.
- Project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.
