Job Title: Polarion Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Polarion Specialist to lead configuration, customization, integration, and maintenance of the Siemens Polarion solution. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless system performance, develop automation scripts, and create technical documentation, optimizing workflows and processes for organizational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Polarion, developing workflows, fields, forms, and reports to align with business needs.
  • Seamlessly integrate Polarion with other enterprise tools, systems, and software.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and best practices.
  • Ensure Polarion system health and performance through regular updates, patches, and enhancements.
  • Develop reports using Velocity Script, leveraging Open and Rendering API for data visualization.
  • Oversee administration and configuration of Siemens Polarion, managing user permissions and system settings.
  • Implement automation solutions using Cron Job Scripts to optimize process-oriented workflows.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Siemens Polarion administration and customization.
  • Strong expertise in workflow design, system integration, and technical documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Velocity Script, Open API, and Rendering API for reporting.
  • Proficiency in automation scripting (Cron Jobs) for process optimization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance Polarion system performance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across technical teams and stakeholders.
