? Focus Areas: Data observability, data quality, adoption of enterprise data platform.
? Goal: Ingest data into the big data platform from various data sources in Thrivent. Improve trust in data, cleanse data, and drive higher adoption rates across the organization - all while being hands on and having strong technical acumen.

Key Responsibilities
? Implement and champion data quality processes and observability practices.
? Lead efforts to increase adoption of the data platform.
? Consolidate all data into one cloud-based enterprise data platform.
? Promote and maintain good engineering practices delivering high-quality solutions.
? Support cultural change and internal networking to encourage platform use.

? Pyspark
