Description
We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about designing, developing, and maintaining robust application systems in a healthcare-focused environment. The role requires a strong ability to work collaboratively while delivering innovative solutions tailored to user needs.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement web applications using .NET technologies and front-end UI frameworks.
Perform thorough debugging and analysis to resolve complex technical issues within application systems.
Collaborate with users to gather requirements and offer technical solutions that meet their needs.
Conduct comprehensive testing and documentation of program development, changes, and enhancements.
Serve as a technical consultant for internal teams, offering expertise in system evaluations and problem resolution.
Participate in project planning and execution as a key team member, ensuring timely delivery of project goals.
Verify production schedules and ensure the accuracy and reliability of assigned systems.
Train and support Information Systems personnel in the use and maintenance of application systems.
Maintain on-call availability for technical support related to production systems.
Utilize tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to enhance system functionality.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in software development.
Proficiency in VB.Net, Visual Studio, and C# programming languages.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server versions 2000, 2005, 2008, 2019, and Management Studio.
Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, including Windows 7.
Knowledge of API development, Ajax, and Agile Scrum methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to work with tools such as Atlassian Jira, GitHub, and AB Testing frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills for effective documentation and collaboration.
