RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an SAP Supply Chain Systems Manager in Juno Beach, FL.
Summary:
As an SAP Supply Chain Systems Manager, you will lead the implementation and support of solutions for material management, inventory management, demand forecasting, master data, and analytics with a deep understanding of SAP systems. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will recommend and deliver innovative solutions to business challenges, leveraging SAP's integrated supply chain offerings.
You will partner with business units to deliver process, people, and technology solutions that drive cost savings, efficiency, and shareholder value. This role involves daily engagement with leadership and subject matter experts within the Engineering, Construction & Integrated Supply Chain (ECSC) group at NextEra Energy. You will identify use cases for advanced technologies, including AI, analytics, and enterprise data.
Key Responsibilities:
* IT Product Owner: Expert in SAP Supply Chain solutions (MM, MRP, inventory, logistics), integration methodologies, and roadmap planning
* Data Steward: Define and enforce data governance policies with business data owners to ensure compliance and integrity
* Solution Delivery: Oversee IT programs/projects ($5M-$50M annually), ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget; Act as escalation point for complex design/configuration issues
* Strategic Leadership: Recommend innovative IT solutions using SAP products, bolt-ons, AI tools, and productivity platforms
* Business Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of Supply Chain leadership
* Fiduciary Responsibility: Ensure optimal ROI and cost-benefit alignment; Maintain actuals within -5% of budget
* Leadership: Manage and mentor teams of employees, contractors, and consultants; Foster collaboration and adherence to corporate values
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 8+ years of overall IT experience
* 3+ years of supervisory/management experience
* 5+ years of project management experience
* Deep expertise in S/4 HANA ERP and supply chain modules
* Hands-on experience in MM, MRP, EWM (consultant or architect level)
* Strong knowledge of integrations between work management and demand management systems
* Familiarity with data modeling and relationships
* Minimum 6 years SAP FICO functional experience (including MM and SD)
* Working knowledge of MM/SD integration with FI-GL/AP/Logistics Invoice Verification
* 2-3 full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's or MBA
* SAP certifications (MM, EWM, SD)
* Experience with AI technologies and trends
* Experience with SAP Ariba, GEP Smart, or Coupa
* ECC to S/4 migration experience
* Expertise in SAP APO
* Integration with external tax software (OIDT, Vertex)
* Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Jira)
* Knowledge of GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
