Job Description

The Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) is looking for an Entry-Level Telecom Administrative Support Professional to assist in the successful delivery of Engineering Information System (EIS), POTSolve (Plain Old Telephone Service Solver), and various cost-optimization projects.

You will work closely with the Telecom team to align project activities with strategic objectives while maintaining project timelines and documentation. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to keep initiatives running smoothly.


Responsibilities
  • Support telecom projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Telecom goals.
  • Track project progress and implement necessary changes.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, reports, and project records.
  • Assist in EIS transition, POTSolve initiation, and cost-saving efforts.
  • Utilize telecom management tools for monitoring and delivery of outcomes.
