Avanciers' are looking for an experienced Python Developer with proven leadership skills to join our team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will bring strong coding expertise, hands-on experience in QA debugging, and a solid understanding of cloud-based development using Azure. This role offers the opportunity to lead a small team while remaining actively involved in design, automation, and validation efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a small development and QA team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation tools and testing frameworks using Python and PowerShell.

  • Work with Azure services for data storage, analytics, and deployment.

  • Utilize WTT or similar test execution frameworks for automation and validation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, debug, and resolve complex issues.

  • Manage work items, bugs, and sprint progress using Azure DevOps.

  • Provide technical updates and progress reports to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of lead experience in a software development or QA automation team.

  • Strong programming expertise in Python and PowerShell.

  • Hands-on experience with Azure services (data storage, analytics, or DevOps).

  • Familiarity with WTT or similar testing frameworks.

  • Solid grasp of software testing methodologies and automation best practices.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
