Location: Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA (Preferred Sunnyvale) Onsite
Experience Required:
- Technical Writing: 5 10 years
- Training Material Documentation: 5 10 years
Role Overview
This role focuses on creating structured, user-friendly documentation and training materials for enterprise platforms, particularly within DAM environments. The writer will collaborate with business and IT teams to produce high-quality content that supports onboarding, certification, and product usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Author comprehensive technical documentation, including API guides, migration playbooks
- Create developer guides, architecture decision records (ADRs), and knowledgebase articles
- Training Material Documentation
- Produce video tutorials and conduct training demos and presentations
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) between business and IT teams
Required Skills
- Proven experience in technical writing and training documentation (5 10 years).
- Strong background in DAM platforms and content modeling.
- Ability to create structured content.
- Experience with multimedia tools for training delivery.
