Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Consultant/Developer to join our growing team in California. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional experience in Salesforce CRM, with a deep understanding of platform customization, automation, and integration best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

  • Customize Salesforce objects, page layouts, record types, workflows, and validation rules.

  • Develop and maintain system integrations using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

  • Create reports and dashboards for business users.

  • Provide technical support and ongoing system administration.

  • Participate in Agile development cycles and contribute to sprint planning and code reviews.

  • Maintain documentation for system design, configuration, and development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration.

  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

  • Familiarity with data migration tools like Data Loader and integration tools like MuleSoft or Boomi.

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (minimum).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II or Salesforce Administrator certifications.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado.

  • Experience working with enterprise clients in industries such as tech, healthcare, or finance.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce security model and best practices.
