Job Details

Job Title: AEM Analyst

Location: Remote (Atlanta, GA)
Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and UX teams to gather and analyze requirements for AEM implementations.

  • Work closely with development teams to design scalable AEM components, templates, and workflows.

  • Conduct detailed content audits, site assessments, and performance analysis of AEM sites.

  • Manage and configure AEM environments, including authoring, publishing, and dispatcher layers.

  • Define and document business and technical requirements for AEM-based applications.

  • Analyze user behavior and website analytics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Coordinate with QA teams to ensure the quality and functionality of AEM deliverables.

  • Support migration efforts, upgrades, and integration with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Target, Analytics, Campaign).

  • Monitor system health and provide troubleshooting and performance tuning as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.4 or higher).

  • Strong experience in AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, and Content Management best practices.

  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular) and backend integration using RESTful APIs.

  • Experience with Adobe Cloud Manager, Adobe I/O, and Dispatcher configurations.

  • Understanding of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, Jenkins).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
