Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Brand Strategy Lead.

Title: Brand Strategy Lead
Job Type: Full-time/Contract on W2
Duration: 9+ Months
Locations: San Francisco, CA- Hybrid role

As a Brand Strategy Lead, you will:

  • Lead the adoption of the new brand strategy across business marketing and communications teams.
  • Analyze marketing trends, competitive intelligence, and customer/cultural insights to inform brand implementation.
  • Build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams to ensure effective adoption of the enterprise brand strategy.
  • Develop and deliver strategic recommendations to senior executive teams through strong written and verbal communication.
  • Track performance metrics to measure and analyze the impact of brand initiatives on business growth and brand perception.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Expertise in marketing strategy, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Proven performance tracking experience to assess brand initiative success.
  • Change management skills (a plus).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $85- 95per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
