Location: Remote (USA-Based) Monthly Travel to Grand Rapids, MI (1 2 times/month)
Start Date: July 28, 2025
End Date: January 31, 2026
Bill Rate: $90/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PPDS Functional Analyst to join a high-impact project supporting a leading manufacturing client. This role is primarily remote, but the consultant must be willing and able to travel to Grand Rapids, MI 1 2 times per month for key stakeholder meetings and onsite workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the SAP PPDS Functional expert, driving configuration, testing, and support of Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) modules.

  • Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into system configurations, and support successful delivery.

  • Assist with solution design, master data alignment, and integration with APO or S/4HANA systems.

  • Provide guidance during UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to PPDS functionalities and optimize planning and scheduling processes.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PPDS in an implementation or support role.

  • Strong understanding of production planning, material master, work centers, and scheduling.

  • Experience with SAP APO and/or S/4HANA PPDS modules preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Must be US-based and available to travel 1 2 times/month to Grand Rapids, MI.
