Junior Manual QA Tester

The Intersect Group is partnered with our client in Toccoa to hire 2 Junior Manual QA Testers. These are additional roles that are being added on currently so that the senior level testers can focus on more automated testing. This would be an ideal role for someone who is looking to move out of branch support (loan industry) and into the IT Field.

Contract 6 months

Location: Toccoa, Georgia 30577

Schedule: 4 days a week onsite / 1 day remote

Interview process: Virtual round followed by onsite panel interview

Needs:

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to improving loan systems and processes
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize business issues
• Good understanding of loan lifecycle activities, especially in high-volume, short-term lending
• Previous experience in the direct small loan industry, including servicing and repayment processes

Plusses:

• Previous Experience assisting with software or system testing
• Technically inclined, familiar with different lending and branch software and O365
• Familiarity with workflows and customer interactions in small-dollar lending environments
• Experience providing feedback on operations tools or systems

Duties:

• Help Document testing feedback and suggest areas for improvement
• Assist in validating updates or changes based on business needs
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure the software aligns with real-world lending practices
• Support the business in identifying issues or inconsistencies in system behavior
• Verify processes such as loan applications, approvals, disbursements, servicing, and repayments
• Review and Test Features in loan software used for direct small loans
