Position Title: Project Product Manager (Job Id: CFNJP00052016)

Duration: 6 Months + Strong Possibility of Extension

Location: Franklin Lakes NJ 07417 (REMOTE - COUPLE OF DAYS A MONTH ONSITE WOULD BE REQUIRED)

Project Details

  • Accountable for achievement of key operational and functional goals relating to project development and rollouts within defined project timelines and budget
  • Point of contact for both business and delivery teams, managing business requirements and translating those to product capabilities
  • Lead the development of technical & functional product specifications and scopes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables while working closely with appropriate development teams and external partners
  • Establish close relationships with business stakeholders, communicating daily updates & weekly status reports
  • Coordinate and facilitate team meetings for functional reviews internal with team and technical development standups with external vendor(s)
  • Create and manage appropriate project management documentation and governance processes (Requirement Specs, RACI, Charter, Risk Assessments, Vendor Onboarding, etc..) in addition to owning technical documentation
  • Assist in the creation of an appropriate support model across projects, ensuring each platform/technology has sufficient IT support post go-live
  • Experience working with monday.com, preferably with product deployment and PowerBI
  • Coordinates across TGS and external groups for cross tower and organizational alignments
  • Ensure all planned deliverables have appropriately assigned resourcing and meet timelines
  • Manage appropriate review boards, ensuring projects are fully compliant across security assessments and governance mechanisms
