Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance structures, policies, and processes.
- Lead risk identification, documentation, and mitigation activities across multiple IT domains.
- Monitor risk indicators and escalate compliance issues.
- Facilitate IT audits and support remediation plans.
- Conduct assessments and self-audits for compliance with governance frameworks.
- Develop compliance dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
- Collaborate with risk, legal, audit, and compliance teams.
- Lead and support IT GRC initiatives, including training and awareness programs.
- Support organizational change by embedding GRC considerations into new practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT GRC roles.
- Experience managing/coordinating IT risk and controls assessments.
- COBIT 2019 - Foundation certification (required).
- CRISC certification (preferred).
