Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Technology Integration & Optimization: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of both third-party and custom-built software solutions to streamline operations and support company growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to identify system requirements and develop applications that enhance efficiency and productivity.
System Oversight: Manage the development, configuration, and maintenance of critical systems, including SCADA and other operational tools, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a diverse team of analysts and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align technological solutions accordingly.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies, ensuring they meet the company's operational requirements.
Project Management: Apply project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related IT field.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing SCADA systems and other operational technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
