Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related

field.

Salesforce Admin and Advanced Admin certifications.

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin, with a strong focus on DevOps.

Proven expertise in using Copado or a similar tool for Salesforce CI/CD pipeline

setup and management.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, environment management, and

deployment methodologies.

Proficient in tools related to Salesforce DevOps, including version control, data

migration, and metadata management.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues

to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.

Preferred certifications:

Salesforce Certified Administrator

Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

Copado Certified Fundamentals 1

Copado Certified Fundamentals 2
