The job responsibilities are mostly the same except their focus would not be on our external facing financial applications, it will be on our internal facing Enterprise Resource Planning Accounting and HR team applications, such as; Workday Financial Management, Workday HR, Learning Management System, Matching Employee Gifts application, new financial reconciliation software, and other supporting applications.
Job Description Summary: Collaborate with business units to understand strategies and processes, ensuring quality product delivery by developing detailed requirements. Elicit and translate business/user needs into functional specifications, and communicate effectively in SCRUM meetings. Conduct business analysis, create documentation, assist in design and development, and suggest software improvements. Use project management tools, model system diagrams, and ensure reliable software operations. Define business requirements, participate in projects, adhere to company policies, assist in software releases, focus on quality, guide team members, support customers, troubleshoot issues, and promote understanding of business processes.
