Position: UAT Tester (2 Roles)
Location: Charlotte NC, Minneapolis, Minnesota
Duration: Contract

Pay Range: $50-55/hr. on W2
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute user acceptance test plans and test cases in collaboration with product managers, developers, and business analysts
- Perform thorough testing of applications-especially International Payments systems-to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects
- Document and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve them using Octane and JIRA
- Generate and analyze test reports to provide insights on testing outcomes and application quality
- Participate in review sessions with business users and technology to validate functionality and gather feedback
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in UAT or QA testing, preferably in financial services
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as Octane, JIRA is critical
- Proficiency in SQL is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
