Compensation:
Pay Range: $145,000-$155,000/Yrs
Description:
Contribute to the harmonization of business processes across the organization.
Support integrations between ERP systems and CRM platforms to enhance process efficiencies.
Challenge current systems setup against new features and business objectives.
Lead implementation and upgrades for ERP systems aligned with new organizational processes.
Evaluate and recommend changes to meet organizational needs and business targets.
Manage a geographically diverse team in their day-to-day performance.
Ensure project milestones and goals are met within approved budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage ERP applications and act as the key technical liaison between system users and vendors.
Serve as the primary contact for application systems problems and initiate corrective actions.
Coordinate with in-house and third-party development partners.
Formulate system scope and design objectives for vendor-maintained systems.
Meet with stakeholders to continually improve ERP and corporate systems.
Maintain overall systems processes and support continual business process improvements.
Ensure end users receive proper support and training on the system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Seven years or more of managing ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with order to cash, procure to pay functionality, and manufacturing processes.
Ability to interact with business requirements and convert them to systems solutions.
Excellent communication skills at all levels in an organization.
