Part Time Lead Business Analyst

Genesis10 is seeking a Part-Time Lead Business Analyst for a 1-year contract position with a leading client in Orrville, OH.

This is a hybrid position.

Compensation: $65.00-75.00 per hour W2.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Contribute to the design of new systems or modifications to existing ones, ensuring they meet business needs and technical feasibility.
• Responsible for managing follow ups, ensuring they are documented with the correct owner on the RAID and shepherding tasks to completion.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements documents, use cases/user stories, and test scripts.
• Identify and resolve issues related to system functionality, data quality, and project implementation.
• Analyze and optimize business processes, recommending improvements through technology solutions.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, agile practices, and relevant IT tools.

• They facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders, providing regular updates and feedback.
• Address and resolve conflicting requirements that arise within the team, maintaining a productive work environment,

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies and Agile practices .
• Knowledge of database concepts and data analysis techniques .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
• Experience with relevant IT tools and technologies .
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships. Comfortable facilitating cross functional meetings and building consensus.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Analytics projects
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Spotfire, Databricks, Tableau, ServiceNow, GitHub, Atlan

Experience with SOX Compliance Requirements and Testing Considerations
