We are seeking a hybrid IT Infrastructure Project Manager someone with strong technical knowledge and proven project management skills. This role is part of the IT Field Services Team, which supports the design, setup, and maintenance of IT infrastructure across the nation.
The ideal candidate will have a background in network and server infrastructure and experience managing projects in a multi-site environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to create documentation and training materials, and a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Help Desk, and other IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage network and server deployments, upgrades, and migrations at store locations.
  • Coordinate project schedules, task assignments, and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Work with internal technical resources and third-party vendors to track and complete implementation tasks.
  • Develop documentation and training materials to support Help Desk and other teams.
  • Assist senior engineers and IT managers in creating and updating infrastructure policies, standards, and procedural guides.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in IT engineering and operations (LAN/server administration, backup systems, monitoring tools, desktop support).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence interacting across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of project/program management governance, techniques, and methods.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (4 8 times per year for acquisitions and major projects).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with network and compute concepts, including LAN/WAN design and troubleshooting.
  • Technical writing skills for documentation and training.
  • Familiarity with multi-site environments (retail, healthcare, education).
  • Project management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus but not required.




Estimated Min Rate: $60.00
Estimated Max Rate: $62.00
