Sales and Purchase Order Representative

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Purchase Representative to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions to meet their needs.

Duties

• Maintain accurate and complete sales order records.
• Prepare or complete forms and other documentation that may be needed to obtain or process sales orders or change orders.
• SAP ERP experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Escalate issues to Global Sales Operations Manager as necessary.
• Accurate and timely data entry into the ERP System (SAP) for the following business segments:
• - Intercompany Purchase orders
• - POD Purchase orders
• - Supplier orders
