Technical Lead

TalentAmp is currently seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Technical Lead for one of our clients in California. This is a remote opportunity but must be local in California.

Client - State of California

Location: 100% remote but must be local in California

Contract: 1 year (with possible Multi-year extension)

Visa: Any Working Visa in the US

This is a government Client so they are looking for someone who has experience working with the government.

Requirements:

• Seven years of recent experience, within the last 15 years, as a technical lead supporting the implementation of PeopleSoft Finance, specifically General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable modules.
• Proficiency in handling key data required for interfacing with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable modules.
• Extensive experience in large-scale projects, defined as systems with at least 5,000 users and a total project cost of at least $20 million, with a minimum of two years of experience on public-sector projects.
• Three years of recent experience, within the last 15 years, leading technical troubleshooting and incident management processes.
• Three years of recent experience, within the last 15 years, creating technical documentation, including functional and technical requirements, design documents, conceptual diagrams, user guides, and workflow processes.
• Bachelor s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Alternatively, additional qualifying experience may substitute the required education on a year-for-year basis, with four years of experience substituting for a Bachelor s Degree. Substituted experience must be in addition to the required years of experience.

Additional Qualifications:

• PeopleSoft Financials Experience Exceeding Minimum Qualifications: Additional points will be awarded for lead experience exceeding five years within the past 10 years.
• More than three years of experience, within the last 15 years, leading Agile development activities, including sprint planning, documentation of functional specifications and acceptance criteria in User Stories, and planning and leading functional, user acceptance, and regression testing. Additional points will be awarded if the experience exceeds three years within the past 15 years.
