Job Description :-
Looking for a 10 year Product Owner with heavy ERP experience. Agile is a MUST. Warehouse Management System experience is a PLUS.
Job Requirements:
- Product Owner Purchasing / Project Management / ERP Systems
- 10+ years industry experience
- 5+ years software development experience as Product Owner. Agile development strongly preferred
- ERP experience specifically in the back-office Purchasing function; and management of purchasing/scheduling for long-term customer projects
- Wholesale distribution preferred; retail or manufacturing possible fits
Daily Duties:
- Team leadership matrix team experience a strong plus; results-driven guiding of the teams on the "What" and requirements
- Product Vision Management discovering and establishing the long-term and tactical requirements to meet the needs of the internal customers
- Critical Thinking ability to scrutinize drivers and internal/external impacts to the dev team efforts, and the ability to efficiently adapt the solution approach as needed
