Description

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Chesterton, Indiana. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide exceptional technical support across a variety of platforms, including Microsoft, Cisco, and Apple devices. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting, system configuration, and supporting hardware and software deployments.

Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Configure and maintain devices, including Apple products, Android systems, and Mac computers, ensuring seamless operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Microsoft and Cisco technologies, maintaining system integrity.
Support Citrix technologies by managing configurations and addressing technical problems.
Assist in deploying and managing hardware and software updates across the organization.
Maintain and monitor Active Directory, ensuring accurate user management and access control.
Conduct regular system checks to identify and resolve potential vulnerabilities or inefficiencies.
Collaborate with team members to document and share knowledge on technical solutions.
Provide training and guidance to users on best practices for utilizing IT systems.
Ensure all IT-related incidents and requests are logged and resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements

Proficiency in Android development and support.
Strong knowledge of Cisco and Citrix technologies.
Experience working with Mac computers and Apple devices.
Solid understanding of Microsoft systems, including Active Directory.
Familiarity with configuration management and deployment processes.
Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in a Help Desk or technical support role is preferred.
