Description and Requirements

Digital Transformation Process Design Sr Specialist supporting the global Marketing and Sales teams. Responsible for designing and delivering a unified digital experience that empowers our sales teams with the insights and tools they need to be effective. A core focus of this role is leading the design and continuous improvement of a single-pane-of-glass platform that leverages AI to consolidate daily sales activities, actionable insights, and key performance data into one intuitive interface delivering efficiency and effectiveness for Lenovo sellers
  • You will be responsible as part of a team to identify strategic opportunities leveraging data analytics and AI to design and deliver leading edge digital transformative technology solutions to the Global Marketing and Sales community
  • You collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers, IT professionals and digital transformation teams to develop and deliver impactful leading-edge business technology solutions
  • You will be required to own, drive and participate in various aspects of project management to ensure successful project execution and delivery in order to derive identified business value returns
  • You will be involved in various aspects of project portfolio management activities, assisting to form, manage, track and report on digital roadmap plans and achievements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in either: Computer Science, Technologies, Data, Business Analytics or similar
  • 1+ year experience in digital transformation or IT with proven capability for design planning and execution

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and problem solve
  • Demonstrated ability for complex and abstract thinking along with leadership and a drive for success
  • Professional fluency in English. Ability to converse in Mandarin a benefit but not mandatory

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $80k - 110K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
