job summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of our IVR Replacement program, a multi-year initiative aimed at migrating our current on-premises IVR to the Genesys Cloud platform. This is a hybrid position in Charlotte, NC.

responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end project delivery for IVR migration from Nuance on-prem to Genesys Cloud.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance and reporting standards.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
  • Drive successful implementation using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.



qualifications:

- Proven experience in cloud migration projects, ideally involving Genesys Cloud and/or Swampfox technologies.


- Strong background in call center and IVR systems.


- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in enterprise environments.


- Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks.


- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


- Ability to manage complex, multi-vendor projects.


Preferred Qualifications


- PMP or Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.).


- Familiarity with Nuance IVR and Genesys Architect.


- Experience working with regulated industries or large-scale enterprise environments.
