We're looking for a Software Architect to join our team, reporting to the Senior Director of Software Engineering . In this role, you'll help shape how we design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing systems that power innovative products and deliver exceptional client experiences.

What You'll Do
- Establish architectural principles, patterns, and best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable systems.
- Create high level system designs and build POCs or early versions of code involving new technologies or patterns.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to outline technical requirements for large scale projects.
- Work with engineering teams to provide mentorship and technical leadership.
- Assess new tools, frameworks, and platforms to drive innovation and improve system efficiency.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years industry experience
- Software development experience. (e.g. Java, Python, C#)
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with infrastructure as code. (e.g. Terraform)
- Experience with creating or supporting CI/CD pipelines. (e.g. GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins)
- Strong architectural understanding and experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice to Have
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and the ability to build high-performing and secure AI applications
- Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industry
- Familiarity with working across global teams and cultures
