Job Description:
- Design, develop, and implement NetSuite customizations based on business requirements, including custom fields, records, scripts (SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0, 2.1), workflows (SuiteFlow), and reports (SuiteAnalytics).
- Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, RestFul APIs, or other integration methods.
- Collaborate with IT to follow a standard Change Management process using NetSuite Sandboxes for testing and deployments.
- Provide technical support for NetSuite users, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve user inquiries.
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including data backups, updates, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of NetSuite customizations, configurations, and processes.
- Preview NetSuite updates and new features, noting any potential impacts on customizations.
- Work collaboratively with other IT team members, business stakeholders, and external vendors to achieve project goals.
- Follow NetSuite architecture and development best practices.
- Ability to learn and code in the rebate management system (SolveXia) is preferred
