Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in the healthcare, wellness, and fitness industry, based in Clearwater, Florida. This role primarily involves providing technical support to users, problem-solving, and making sure that the help desk operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users

Work as a reliable team player, contributing positively to the function of the help desk

Apply your knowledge of computer hardware to assist users and maintain systems

Provide top-notch customer service, including de-escalating situations when necessary

Show adaptability and willingness to learn new systems or procedures as required

Use your experience in a call center environment to effectively communicate with users and provide technical support

Contribute to the creation or improvement of help desk documentation

Demonstrate self-motivation by proactively addressing issues or improvements

Leverage any mechanical or electrical experience, such as the use of a volt meter, to assist in troubleshooting hardware issues

Participate in training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Proficiency in Computer Hardware is mandatory for this role
Prior experience in Call Center Customer Service is necessary
Ability to Provide Technical Support is a must-have skill
Familiarity with healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry is desired
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Strong customer service orientation
Knowledge of help desk software and ticketing systems
Ability to handle stressful situations and deal politely with dissatisfied customers
Willingness to work in different shifts or on weekends if required
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software is a plus
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field is desired.
