Business Analyst 3

We're hiring a Business Analyst to support marketing budget management, vendor onboarding, purchase order operations, and financial reporting for a major tech client. You'll work cross-functionally across marketing, procurement, and finance to ensure compliant, timely, and accurate financial operations.

• Lead PO lifecycle management and vendor onboarding
• Maintain and track marketing budgets across multiple portfolios
• Coordinate accruals and ensure timely reconciliation with AP
• Own fiscal year transition planning (new IOs, cost centers, and budget rollovers)

• 5+ years working with Microsoft's Mercury system
• Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, macros)
• Experience using GSR Tool, MyOrder, and MSInvoice
• Prior experience supporting Microsoft finance teams strongly preferred
