  • Create detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and/or mobile applications.
  • Design intuitive interactions and user interfaces that are consistent with our design system and brand guidelines.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, research findings, and technical constraints.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design system components and guidelines.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with Product Managers to define product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation of designs.
  • Participate actively in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Present design solutions and research findings to various audiences, articulate design decisions, and build consensus.
  • Champion a user-centered design approach throughout the product development lifecycle.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, UX Researcher, or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end UX design process, including examples of how user research informed your design decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience planning, conducting, analyzing, and presenting user research (e.g., usability testing, interviews, surveys).
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals.
  • Ability to translate complex problems into simple, elegant, and intuitive design solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and research insights effectively.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience working with and contributing to a design system.
