RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is looking for a talented Software Engineer to join their team and support our Cloud Contact Center platforms, specifically NICE CXone.

Summary:
In this role, you will be deeply involved in all aspects of cloud technology for the Contact Center. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing products and features, conducting unit testing, performing code reviews, and resolving bugs identified during the QA process. You will work in both test and production environments, collaborating closely with other Software Engineers, Project Managers, and team members. Additionally, you will mentor others and train stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma or GED required
* 2-4 or more years of IVR and ACD development experience
* 1-3 or more years of CXone Studio scripting
* CRM integration experience
* Experience in IVR, ACD, Self-Service, API, DFO, chat/email/omnichannel development
* Experience with IA, PM, QM, Personal Connection, and Enlighten AI is a plus
* Proficiency in designing and developing products, features, unit testing, code reviews, and resolving bugs discovered in the QA process
* Experience working in both test and production environments
* Experience in training end-users on NICE CXone admin tools and reporting
* Additional cloud telephony experience with platforms such as Five9, Talkdesk, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Genesys Cloud, or 8X8 is a plus
* Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into NICE CXone solutions
* Experience mentoring others on the Telecom team
* Ability to work independently
* Preferred certifications: Core and Core+ Certified, NICE Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE), and ACD Administrator certification

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
