Avanciers are seeking a hands-on, experienced Help Desk L1 Agent to join our team for a 6-month contract in Vandalia, OH. This role requires 5 days per week onsite presence. You'll be the first point of contact, providing critical technical support and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of experience in Help Desk/Customer Service and troubleshooting in service desk environments.
Technical degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of internal mainframe/server applications like Shares, QIK, IBM/TSO/TPX, and SCEPTRE is a big plus.
Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task and solve problems under pressure.
