Compensation
Pay Range:$34.68-$51.00/Hrs

Description
* Possesses hands-on architectural and configuration experience with governance, risk, and compliance programs.
* Demonstrates a deep understanding of access control, including role-based access and permissions.
* Identifies data sources outside of governance solutions and designs integration approaches for data sharing.
* Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Develops and maintains applications, workflows, forms, and reports.
* Provides technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users.
* Participates in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement solutions for governance, risk, and compliance processes.
* Customize and configure modules to meet business requirements.
* Implement integrations between systems and applications.
* Stay updated on the latest technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications
* 3 years of experience as a developer.
* Strong proficiency in governance, risk, and compliance modules.
* Experience with implementing governance technology.
* Experience with scripting languages.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Prior experience in the BFSI sector (preferred but not mandatory).
