We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HCM modules and/or SAP SuccessFactors suite with hands-on implementation, support, and configuration experience. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to design, implement, and support HR technology solutions that drive business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, LMS, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business and HR stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure system solutions accordingly.
Provide end-to-end implementation support, including system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment.
Act as a subject matter expert in HCM/SuccessFactors best practices, ensuring alignment with HR processes.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR/ERP systems.
Support post-implementation activities including user training, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies in HR technology solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in HR, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
4 8 years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors consulting.
Hands-on experience in at least 2 3 full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations.
Strong knowledge of one or more modules: Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning Management, Recruiting, Onboarding.
Understanding of HR processes such as Talent Management, Payroll, Time Management, and Organizational Management.
Experience with integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, APIs).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) is highly desirable.
