Role: Jr Project Manager

Locations: Malvern, PA (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Local or candidates from Nearby states only.

Requirement:

  • Client is looking for a Junior project manager who will be working closely with multiple teams in auditing wedsites by determining if the marketing materials should be renewed, revised or retired and take appropriate actions based on the decision.

Communication:

  • Manage and maintain work related documentation. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve organizational goals. Communicates project status and issues regularly with stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers. Builds and maintains effective working relationship with the team. Proactively fosters communication between teams.

Learning Agility:

  • Rapidly learns new tasks and quickly commits information to memory; gathers comprehensive information to support decision making; demonstrates a rapid understanding of newly presented information; encourages an organizational learning approach (i.e., learns from successes and failures and seeks staff and client feedback)

Overall Working Style:

  • Takes initiative, work independently, and produce quality deliverables in timely manner.
  • Flexible in accepting ad hoc assignments.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery.
  • Oversees and executes on multiple concurrent tasks.

Experience and Tools:

  • Few years of experience in IT industry, providing support in managing projects and data management.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Jira, Airtable and possibly Workfront

  • Flexible in accepting ad hoc assignments.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery.
  • Oversees and executes on multiple concurrent tasks.

Experience and Tools:

  • Few years of experience in IT industry, providing support in managing projects and data management. One year of Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
  • Prefer exposure to data reports, analysis of data and auditing websites.
  • Experience in AEM related project work.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Jira, Airtable and possibly Workfront
