Hartford, CT Duration: 12 months +
Onsite role.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
Develop and configure Pega CDH strategies, rules, models, and customer journeys.
Integrate Pega CDH with external systems and applications for seamless functionality.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Pega CDH solutions to ensure quality and performance.
Deploy and maintain Pega CDH solutions in production environments.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for clients.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and implementing Pega CDH solutions.
Strong understanding of Pega CDH architecture and components.
Hands-on experience with decisioning strategies, rules, models, and journeys within Pega CDH.
Expertise in integration and deployment of Pega CDH solutions.
Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) certification required.
