Job Title: Gen AI Architect
Location: Dallas, TX Onsite only (No Remote)
Interview: In-person at Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC
Rate: $70/hr
Visa Policy: No OPT/CPT candidates
Required Skills & Responsibilities
- Core Expertise:
- Strong proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI frameworks and tools.
- Architect and implement end-to-end generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), vector/graph databases, and relevant AI workflows.
- Architectural Design:
- Design scalable, efficient, and maintainable Gen AI architectures aligned with business and technology standards.
- Develop, document, and standardize architecture patterns across AI initiatives.
- Solution Integration:
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams data scientists, engineers, AI framework experts to integrate AI models into existing systems and workflows.
- Compliance & Innovation:
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and ethical, regulatory, and security considerations.
- Drive innovation and ensure AI solutions meet compliance and governance standards.
- Leadership & Mentorship:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Translate architectural vision into actionable engineering strategies and influence stakeholder decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in designing and implementing AI architectures, especially with GenAI and agentic AI technologies
- Expertise in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Experience working within cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), containerization (Docker,Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
- Background in NLP and/or computer vision is preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, AI ethics, data privacy, and security best practices
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with generative AI measurement frameworks or metrics (aligns with GenAI Metrics Leader roles)
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide AI or agentic AI strategy, akin to GenAI Digital Product Management leadership roles
