Job Details

Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud and OmniStudio (Vlocity). This is a W2-only position for a hands-on technical leader who can own architecture, guide development teams, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions in a complex, integration-heavy environment.

The role supports large-scale business operations within financial services or automotive domains, requiring strong expertise in Salesforce development, OmniStudio architecture, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead end-to-end technical design and development of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
2) Architect and implement complex business workflows using OmniStudio, including:
- OmniScripts
- FlexCards
- DataRaptors
- Integration Procedures
3) Own technical delivery, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and code quality.
4) Design and implement secure REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems.
5) Build and maintain enterprise-grade Salesforce data models.
6) Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor Salesforce developers.
7) Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
8) Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Salesforce certifications preferred).
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including:
1) Case Management
2) Service Console
3) Entitlements
4) Knowledge Base

Expert-level Salesforce development experience:
1) Apex
2) Lightning Web Components (LWC)
3) Visualforce
4) Asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future)
5) Strong architectural and hands-on experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity).
6) Proven experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
7) Experience working in large-scale Salesforce environments.
8) Excellent communication and leadership skills.
