Electrical Foreman

Position Overview
The Electrical Foreman will oversee electrical projects within residential and multifamily settings, ensuring that all work is completed according to specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will lead a team of electricians and coordinate with other trades to deliver high-quality electrical installations in condos and apartments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of electricians in residential and multifamily projects.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Plan and coordinate daily work schedules and project timelines.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks on electrical installations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.
  • Maintain inventory and order materials as needed for electrical jobs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an electrician, with a minimum of 5 years in residential or multifamily projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Certification or licensing as a journeyman electrician is preferred.
