Job Details

Role: IT Content Creator
Client: Greystar
Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: 100% Remote
Rate: $49/hr C2C
Visa: GC-EAD & EAD

Description:
Enterprise IT enablement specialist responsible for driving user adoption, training, and communication for Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration platforms. The role focuses on creating end-user content, supporting technology rollouts, and promoting awareness of AI and productivity tools.

Responsibilities:

Create and publish end-user communications (emails, intranet posts, knowledge articles)
Develop training materials and deliver live/virtual sessions
Drive adoption and engagement strategies for enterprise productivity tools
Support user communications during migrations and upgrades
Simplify technical concepts and support AI awareness initiatives
Technical Stack:
