Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, technical documentation, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience reporting project status, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies, including approval of vendor-written technical requirements.
- Strong skills in test planning, execution, and Agile methodologies, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and testing management tools.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of Texas Medicaid programs, PASRR, or Long-Term Care Online Portal.
- Familiarity with Medicaid management information systems and processes.
